 Steps:-

1. Open Hand Brake
2. Click Source file and select file
3. Select destination folder
4. Click on Web optimized
5. Select automatic in Picture tab
6. Click Start

NB: Before using it you make sure about that the file is converting to MP4 not to M4v. Click tools and Select options there you can see the format of the file.
